Gut The beauty of Mallorca, the diversity of its forms, the architectural treasures: all of this continues to amaze visitors to the insula maior to this day. And this amazement at the beauty (or more precisely: at the harmony) is also evident in the images of photo artist Jörg Bräuer. There is something philosophical about his pictures. The sea, the coast, piers and harbors, architecture, the Tramuntana mountains, the sky ? all of this is concentrated on the essentials in his photographs, usually taken shortly before sunrise or after sunset with long exposure times. As Bräuer says: 'A reduced visual representation enables a finer perception of forms and aesthetics.' It is simplicity that fascinates him. It is something he repeatedly manages to capture in his images, and which, for him, represents perfection.
