Contemporary vellum Self-contained first volume of two with the index and extensive catalogue of rulers of all nations and various times. The text covers the period up to the year 1200. A sequel which we do not have would then describe the later middle ages. - Bookplates of the counts Perger in Aspang (Graeflich von Perger sche Bibliothek), one as a lable, and one with coat of arms. Some browning, partly with staining, only the first leaves a little more, title with old inscriptions, else nice.
